This is the same kind of Brazilian G.E. locomotive, called Vanderléia, also showed in the page of Companhia Paulista. The machine shown here has the very first FEPASA livery, which is the same Companhia Paulista livery but where the famous C.P. inscriptions were replaced by the ridiculous fepasa acronyms, in lower case letters.
