The end of the legendary Russa/Little Joe G.E. electric locomotive named Eng. Jayme Cintra: vandals, certainly using heavy lifting equipment, cut the shell of the loco and removed it in order to steal copper parts of the famous engine. This locomotive was abandoned in Triagem Paulista more than four years ago.

Walls that no man thought would fall
The altars of the just
Crushed! Dust... In the wind...

In July 29, 2003, the Conselho de Defesa do Patrimônio Cultural - CONDEPAC ("The Cultural Heritage Defense Council") of the city of Bauru finally achieved the transfer of the electric locos V8 #6387 and Vanderléia #6351, from the former Companhia Paulista/FEPASA to the switchyards of the main Bauru railroad station. Better awful late than never. The photo, shot in the end of July 2003, and info were courtesy of Ricardo Frontera, from Bauru SP, in the end of July 2003. The lyrics were extracted from the song Karn Evil 9, Third Impression, from the Emerson, Lake and Palmer album Brain Salad Surgery.
